League leaders Amsterdam remain unbeaten in the Staatsloterij Hoofdklasse after the sixth round. On Sunday, they beat Klein Zwitserland 3-1 in The Hague. Pinoké secured their first win of the season by beating Kampong 3-2, whilst Oranje-Rood proved too strong for Bloemendaal in the top match, winning 3-2. SCHC beat Schaerweijde 1-0. As a result of this defeat, Schaerweijde remain without any points after six matches, as do bottom-of-the-table Tilburg, who lost 3-0 to Rotterdam.

Following the death of former national referee and official Coen Peters, all matches in the Staatsloterij Hoofdklasse began with a minute’s silence. The referees and officials also wore black armbands.

Klein Zwitserland – Amsterdam 1–3

Three goals from Mustapha Cassiem secured Amsterdam their sixth league win of the season. Rick Mathijssen’s side are the only team in the Staatsloterij Hoofdklasse yet to drop any points.

The league leaders have now won eight league matches in a row, including the final match of last season, and are unbeaten in nine matches. The Amsterdam side are also strong away from home. The victory over Klein Zwitserland marks their fourth away win in a row. Klein Zwitserland suffered their third consecutive defeat and have now gone four matches without a win. The Hague-based side dropped three places to ninth in the table.

Klein Zwitserland goalkeeper Olivier Paalman saved a penalty stroke from Boris Burkhardt whilst his side were trailing 0–1.

HDM – Den Bosch 2–5

Den Bosch have been in excellent form in recent weeks. The 5-2 victory over HDM was their fifth win in a row. As a result, coach Nanco Jansonius’s still-unbeaten side moved up to second place at the expense of Bloemendaal, now two points behind leaders Amsterdam.

Koen Bijen opened the scoring for Den Bosch after eight minutes. It was the striker’s first goal of the season. Yorben Fontaine equalised five minutes later, after which Fabian Verzuu put HDM ahead after the break with his seventh goal of the season. However, HDM were unable to hold on to that lead. Two goals from Timo Boers, a goal from Olivier Schoofs – his first in the Hoofdklasse – and a goal from Thierry Brinkman ultimately secured the three points for Den Bosch.

The team are now unbeaten in seven league matches. HDM suffered their third defeat in a row and have now gone five matches without a win. The team dropped to tenth place in the table, one point behind ninth-placed Klein Zwitserland.

Schaerweijde - SCHC 0-1

Floris Steenman’s goal just before half-time was enough to secure the three points for SCHC. It was a historic victory, as SCHC had never before beaten Schaerweijde in Zeist at the top flight. The newly promoted side from Bilthoven also secured their first away win in the Staatsloterij Hoofdklasse since 30 March 2025, when they beat Nijmegen 4-0. Thanks to their second win of the season, SCHC climbed to sixth place. After six league matches, Schaerweijde are still without a single point. The team have been waiting for a win since 3 May.

Pinoké - Kampong 3-2

On the sixth round, Pinoké secured their first win of the season. In doing so, the Steekneuzen brought an end to a run of six consecutive league matches without a win.

The 3-2 victory over Kampong marked their first home win against the Utrecht side since 12 September 2010, when they won 4-1. Pinoké goalkeeper Hidde Brink played a key role in the victory by saving a penalty stroke from Jip Janssen whilst his side were leading 2-1.

Thanks to the win, Pinoké climbed two places in the table to eighth. Kampong, who suffered their first defeat of the season, remain fifth. The team still has a game in hand, as does Oranje-Rood, who are fourth and three points ahead of Kampong.

Rotterdam - Tilburg 3-0

After a difficult first half, Rotterdam eventually saw off bottom-of-the-table Tilburg. The final score was 3-0. Pepijn van der Heijden, from a penalty corner, Thijs van Dam and Joaquin Menini scored for the reigning national champions. It was Menini’s fourth goal of the season. This makes him joint top scorer for the club, alongside Timme van der Heijden. Tilburg suffered their sixth defeat of the season and are still waiting for their first points of the campaign.

Oranje-Rood – Bloemendaal 3–2

In Eindhoven, the home side won the top match against Bloemendaal. The final score was 3-2. It was their third consecutive Hoofdklasse victory over Bloemendaal – a feat Oranje-Rood had never achieved before.

Struan Walker was once again key for Oranje-Rood with two goals, and the side remain in fourth place. With nine goals, the Scot is the top scorer in the Staatsloterij Hoofdklasse.

For Oranje-Rood, it was their fourth consecutive victory, and coach Ageeth Boomgaardt’s side are now unbeaten in thirty league matches. Oranje-Rood are also on a strong run at home: 21 matches without defeat, the last ten of which they have won in a row. Bloemendaal’s first defeat of the season saw them drop from second to third place.
